2 magnets. it is said that the opposite poles of 2 magnets attract. and the like poles repel. opposite attracts. and it is true, on the condition that the 2 objects have to be similar; they have to be both magnets.

interesting ain't it? that attraction is based on differences, no doubt, but yet the 2 objects cannot too different. a magnet and a chunk of wood ain't going to draw one another together.

still, magnets are but part of a finite world- they have their limitations. formidable though their powers of attraction are, drop them often enough and even them, the epitome of attraction and the root word of magnetism, will lose their ability to pull other magnets to them.

and i made an observation about magnets. maybe i'll call it matt's observation. haha. it takes more and more force to keep 2 magnets apart, when the physical distance between the two poles gets reduced, till it's virtually impossible to keep them apart. thus, if you want 2 separate magnets, maintain the distance between them.

but it's empty

i'll take a step back
and fold my arms,
awaiting.

the stage is set,
the time is now,
for your doings
or your failings.
